Initial Submissions (Deadline February 1st, 2024)
Formal Paper Initial Submissions Must Include:
- An Abstract of 50 words or less that summarizes the scope of the paper and explicitly includes the primary results (CMT allows up to 1000 characters, but we kindly ask that you make every effort to adhere to the 50-word limit)
- A Formal Paper of 6 pages or less (in IEEE-approved format: A4 Template, Letter Template) that contains enough content for the Technical Program Committee/peer reviewers to understand the work's originality and value
Formal Paper Initial Submissions Should NOT Include:
- ANY personally identifiable information (i.e., name, affiliation, email address, etc.)
- ISPCE utilizes a double-blind peer review process. Therefore, our reviewers cannot be influenced by knowing the author's identity (nor will the reviewer's identity be shared with the author).
- Any research, topics, or material outside of the scope of ISPCE/PSES
Acceptance Notification (February 24th, 2024)
Formal Paper Acceptance Notifications will be emailed on February 24, 2024. Submissions not selected may be invited to re-submit their work for ISPCE 2025/other PSES forums or be placed on the 2024 Wait List (CMT Status: Accepted to Wait List) and held in reserve in case of late cancellations.
Final “Camera Ready” Submissions (March 29th, 2024)
Accepted Formal Paper Authors are required to:
- Make any and all necessary outlined by reviewers
- Add all author information per IEEE Format A4 Template, Letter Template
- Convert Word document into PDF using IEEE PDF Xpress (step-by-step instructions can be found in the below section)
- Register to attend ISPCE 2024*
- Complete, Sign, and Submit the IEEE eCopyright Form in CMT (step-by-step instructions can be found below)
- Rename in the following format: Paper# X_Title.pdf
- Upload the paper to the “Camera-Ready” Submission page in CMT (step-by-step instructions can be found below)
Authors must complete all of the requirements outlined above and be registered for ISPCE 2024 by March 29, 2024**.
*A submission to ISPCE 2024 with confirmed acceptance implies your willingness to register and pay for the privilege of presenting your work in person at this year's event.
*Please note to prevent delays in the publication and dissemination of the ISPCE 2024 program, no changes will be permitted to final submissions after the March 29th deadline, meaning whatever file is uploaded into CMT on March 29th, 2024, will be the one made available to attendees in the ISPCE 2024 Proceedings and submitted for publication to IEEE Xplore. Any changes made after this date may still be presented at the conference at the discretion of the TPC and Track Chair but will not be added to the program proceedings or the ISPCE 2024 IEEE Xplore submission.
